Set up your parameters for the evaluation method on employee's performance during the probation period, further it can be processed as confirmation, extension, OR termination of the employee.
As a workflow, once the approval process is completed on the employee’s confirmation, system generates the confirmation letter and that gets tagged with the employee’s profile.
