Beehive HRMS is a ready to go-live software which follows the most hassle-free implementation process to make the system ready to Go-live within a month once all the pre-requisites are shared. The implementation time required depends on what modules are opted and how quick the pre-requisites are shared with Beehive.
What is your implementation methodology?
Beehive follows been the best HRMS software follows the best implementation practices to make the system ready to go-live in a month's time. Once Beehive receives the pre-requisites (data & policies), IMPL team verifies the data, share the inputs and prepares a detailed implementation plan and share the same with client for having a common tracker to monitor the progress as per the given timelines.
How will you understand my company in detail?
As part of the implementation process, team will share few data templates with clients so that client share the required employee data and module-wise policies to be implemented. Team will then go through the given data and wherever they need clarification, they will connect with client and get it sorted.
What resource will I need to dedicate to the project?
Client need to assign a person who will be single point of contact (SPOC) for this project. This person is responsible to co-ordinate with Beehive team on behalf of the client. Apart from the SPOC, client need to assign another person who be contacted by Beehive in case of any escalation is required.
Will I have a dedicated project manager?
During the implementation process, there will be dedicated Implementation Manager assigned for the project who is responsible for timely delivery and for all the coordination required for this project.
What technical/IT resource will I need?
technical/IT resource will I need? In case of On-premise deployment, you will require to deploy IT resource from your end for this project who will help us in providing the necessary infrastructure required for software installation and necessary access connection whenever required. We will also require your IT resource for providing necessary inputs for any third party system as part of the data integration like biometric device or ERP which client is using currently.
Does implementation take place in the UK?
Implementation of Beehive system can be done in any country including UK as far as client wants to go with the AS-IS product of Beehive and provided necessary connectivity is in place at client's end.
Do you outsource implementation?
In Beehive, the implementation process is taken care by our in-house team only.
What training do you provide?
On completion of the respective module / phase implementation Beehive team would be providing web training session to client wherein client needs to appoint a designated person as Trainer to whom Beehive will provide the administrative and end-user training.
How will your team help us to manage change? (During implementation, go live and beyond)
Any additional request or additional scope of work other than the standard offered product will be incorporated in the standard product offering based on the feasibility, to ensure any future updates and patches are not affected by those changes in the standard product. In-case Beehive agrees for any additional request / scope of work, it would be based on the consultation with Beehive’s Change Control Board (CCB) team wherein no effect on future updates or scalability of product will be considered the prime objective by the CCB team. Additional scope after agreement from Beehive will be delivered as per build release cycle and with additional charges based on the identified efforts for the scope.

Support

If I have a problem, how long will it take to get support?
Once the problem is registered and ticket is generated, based on the type of the issue, there is turn around time (TAT) defined and the solution will be provided for the registered issue by Beehive's technical support helpdesk team.
Are your staff trained in GDPR?
All the employees are well trained based on the norms of GDPR.
Do you have a call centre?
Customer can contact Beehive's technical support helpdesk team via email or phone call who will be available to assist Customer with problems and questions regarding the Service. Beehive will provide telephone and/or email support to Customer dependent on the Support Offering selected. Standard support is available Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m IST.
How hands on is the support team?
Our each team member of the support team undergoes an extensive and rigirous product training by the dedicated trainers so that the team member is having complete know-how of the product and once the member passes the assessment tests, the member is part of Beehive's elite support team.
How often do you provide new releases?
Being a software company, there is continous innovation happening in the product and based on the latest HR practices, Beehive maintains a strong feature roadmap which comprises of all the suggestions given by our senior product consultants, customers and by our product team.
