Once the problem is registered and ticket is generated, based on the type of the issue, there is turn around time (TAT) defined and the solution will be provided for the registered issue by Beehive’s technical support helpdesk team.
All the employees are well trained based on the norms of GDPR.
Customer can contact Beehive’s technical support helpdesk team via email or phone call who will be available to assist Customer with problems and questions regarding the Service. Beehive will provide telephone and/or email support to Customer dependent on the Support Offering selected. Standard support is available Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m IST.
Our each team member of the support team undergoes an extensive and rigorous product training by the dedicated trainers so that the team member is having complete know-how of the product and once the member passes the assessment tests, the member is part of Beehive’s elite support team.
